Newstead Bungalow

The project scope included a full interior refurbishment of the 175m2 Bungalow enclosing a veranda and the removal of some load bearing walls to create an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. This house was gutted back to the bare bones internally fully insulated and new GIB throughout. We managed to save an old ceiling rose from the bedroom and relocate it to the lounge as a centrepiece. The 3m stud shows it off and is complemented by a David Trubridge lamp shade. Four new large aluminium double-glazed windows and bifold let a lot of light into what is now the hub of the home.
